SeaCalm is a Registered Secure Internet Merchant.
SeaCalm is Licensed to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Diners Club credit cards.
All prices and charges published on the SeaCalm website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and Euros and will be charged to your credit card in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
The exact transaction into your own currency depends on the exchange rate that exists at the time the transaction takes place between our individual banks.The amount charged will not be over the price quoted in your own Country.
You will get value for your money
We do reserve the right to alter our prices, charges and specifications without notice.
Postage and Packaging
We add USD$12.00 to each SeaCalm for handling and shipping.
Unless instructed by you, we will dispatch SeaCalm to you using Priority Air Post. Although most deliveries using this method usually take 8 – 10 working days, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Stuff happens in the mail that we cannot control.
If you havn't received your SeaCalm in a reasonable time, please contact us and let us know. But please be patient.You'll probably have the SeaCalm in the post on the day you contact us.
At you request, we will ship using Track'n'Trace courier services that will deliver your SeaCalm to your door in around 3–4 days for most places on this planet.
The price for this service is $25.00 to the USA, for each item. That is $13.00 more than our standard delivery charge.
For all other places around the world we still charge USD $12.00 for Priority Air Delivery.
For New Zealand we charge NZD $15.00 for following day COURIER NZC
For multiple items, charges for this service may vary , according to weight and the destination.Please email us for the best rates available if you cannot wait to have your SeaCalm.
For our New Zealand customers, we include GST in our price.
Returns and Refunds
You are expected to make an informed decision about your purchase BEFORE you buy our SeaCalm. We know you will be more than pleasantly surprised at the quality of the unit.
SeaCalm will refund the product cost back to your credit card, at our stated United States dollar value, on receipt of your product back in our warehouse.
The cost of returning any SeaCalm to us for a refund is your responsibility.
Please, contact us immediately should you have a problem. Failure to contact us as soon as possible and advise us of any problems does not release you , as a Customer, from any statutory obligations toward us as a Merchant.
SeaCalm reserves its rights to exercise its status as an approved Internet Merchant to the full extent of the law to reclaim goods that are not fully paid for.
Any costs incurred by SeaCalm to get full payment for its products, and/or the costs of reclaiming goods that are delivered and subsequently not paid for will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Your decision to purchase a Seacalm indicates that you agree to the Terms of Trade as outlined above. Failure to read this information will not be accepted as a reason for not understanding our Terms of Trade.
